FAQ'S

With over 40 years’ experience in the asphalting industry, we know a thing or two about asphalt!

What do we get asked the most?

Q: What are my options when choosing a driveway?

A: There are many driveway surfaces to choose from when designing a driveway. We can give you a competitive quotation for:
  •   Asphalt (smooth black finish as shown) or;
  •     Chipseal (small stone finish as shown) or;
  •     A mixture of both – Often for a very long driveway or a rural driveway we will do asphalt finish around the house area and then a chipseal driveway. This is more cost effective and still looks great!

Q: Would a driveway quote include the kerbs/edging?

A: Yes, we will give you a comprehensive quote which includes everything from preparation of your site to kerbs/edging to the finished job. We can give you a price for either timber edging or a concrete kerb.

Q: If we got a quote on a tennis court, would we have to organize the nets and linemarking?

A: You won’t need to worry about a thing; we can create your dream tennis court from the foundation right through to the poles and nets, linemarking and even fencing!

Q: Do you do concrete driveways?

A: No, we do not do concrete driveways although we can do some small concrete or cobble areas if required.

Q: How long after my asphalt driveway is finished can I drive on it?

A: Often a day is enough time for the surface to harden. You just need to make sure you don’t turn your car using power-steering because this will damage new asphalt.
