Hazard Identification

Hazard identification is crucial to ensuring a safe work site.

We have two forms of hazard identification. The first is a Daily/Weekly Job Start Form which is for the more basic jobs, that every person on site reads and signs.

Each job the crews work on must have one.

The second form of hazard identification is a Job Safety Analysis (JSA). This is a very comprehensive hazard identification process and is used for large projects, where there a large amounts of hazards that require constant monitoring.
